THE TWIST

Three very different user groups all had to love it: the startup founders being assessed, the VCs backing them, and the facilitators running the workshops. Each came with its own needs and its own definition of success.

THE PROCESS

Four steps, one month.

  • 01
Kickoff workshopTwo days of prioritization and discovery exercises to lock objectives and direction.
  • 02
Stakeholder interviewsFounders, VCs, and facilitators, each with their own needs and pain points.
  • 03
Competitor benchmarkingBest practices and gaps across the digital consulting space.
  • 04
Product backlogFeatures prioritized so the MVP hit the core goals first.
KEY CHALLENGE

No existing pattern to copy. The platform was genuinely new, and every MVP decision had to balance three stakeholder groups pulling in different directions.

WHAT SHIPPED

User journeys mapping every interaction across the platform, a business context diagram defining the full ecosystem of technology, features, and business touchpoints, personas for each of the three groups, and POC screens that made the platform tangible for stakeholders before a line of code was written.
